VisionOS 27 ships with a rebuilt Siri that uses on-screen awareness and environmental recognition directly on Apple Vision Pro. This is not a chatbot upgrade. Siri can now identify physical objects in your surroundings and understand context from what is displayed in front of you, making the Vision Pro headset the most capable hardware platform for Apple Intelligence to date.
The update also delivers a redesigned Control Center, new widget sizes, Mac Virtual Display improvements, and an immersive Safari tab experience. Conversation history now syncs across devices. The Siri orb gets a visual overhaul. The question the video raises but does not fully answer is whether these capabilities stay exclusive to Vision Pro or migrate down to iPhone and Mac. That tension, between a 3,500 dollar showcase device and Apple's mass-market ambitions, is why this hands-on is worth watching in full.
