Google's Pixel 11 ships with a new Gboard voice-to-text tool called Rambler, and it works well enough to change how you compose text on a phone.

The problem is a missing live preview. You speak, you wait, you see results. Nothing has already shipped a competing implementation that shows transcription in real time as you talk, removing the blind-faith gap that makes Rambler feel half-finished.
