The reason to read the full piece is not the conclusion but the methodology: OpenAI walks through specific metrics, including per-seat consumption, task-type breakdowns, and spend attribution, that organizations can map to existing business KPIs. That linkage between token usage and measurable output is where most enterprise AI deployments currently fail.
